Ms. Yue He recently helped us successfully sell our high-end condo located in McLean of Fairfax County. Our condo had some issues such as old kitchen appliances, carpet, problematic A/C, etc. Yue He did extraordinary work in resolving all these issues including hiring a good contractor to replace the entire carpet and old wooden floor. The floor was done so beautifully with high quality and the entire condo was unrecognizable, which enabled us to secure a buyer very soon after the renovation. Yue He also did an excellent job coordinating with the condo management office while the entire condo building was undergoing exterior repairs.
